We meet all customer challenges with hearty portions of imagination, design, and engineering. They are mixed together with a simple, three-part process:

1. Discover

First, we listen to you. The best way to understand your brief is to get to grips with your business; brand identity, consumer base, existing assets, and key market opportunities.

Once we’ve established a scope of the project we begin the task of fleshing out the brief into a full proposal focusing on what is expected from us and when. Activities throughout this phase often include the following:

  • Research and requirements gathering
  • Workshops and time on-site with you
  • Brand identity (re)definition
  • Project vision and roadmad

2. Design

Throughout the design phase, we review and refine each facet of the work in response to user testing and client feedback – an iterative process that ensures full consideration of the technological, cultural, and business impact of design.

We continue to discover fresh solutions as we define the conceptual design. The best answers are not always what we expected them to be.

  • Goal prioritisation
  • Content brief
  • User experience design
  • Brand identity design (logo & communication materials)
  • Information architecture

3. Deliver

Depending on the customers’ level of technical expertise and resources, our involvement in development can be minimal or comprehensive. In all cases, we deliver detailed and clear designs and specifications, and provide ongoing support for development.

We also work with you to make changes that have the most effect first, and provide for how a solution may grow in the future.
